Offer applies to regular-priced appointments only. ⸻ 🔒 Booking Policies • ✅ Please double-check all selections before confirming your appointment to avoid issues. • 🔁 One reschedule allowed within 7 days of your original appointment. • ✂️ Hair must be at least 4 inches all around to braid. • 🚫 I do not braid over locs, sisterlocs, or microlocs. • 😷 Masks are required. No mask, no service. • 🩺 Please do not book if you have a cold, flu, fever, open wounds, or contagious scalp/skin conditions. • ✂️ If you’ve had a recent blunt cut, wait 2–3 weeks before booking (cut ends may stick out). • ❗ I do not work on clients with severe irritation, sores, or open scalp wounds. ⸻ 👶🏾 Children’s Policy • Children 5 & under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the appointment. • If your child becomes extremely upset (crying, uncooperative, etc.), the appointment will be ended without a refund. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • 10–14 minutes late = $50 late fee • 15+ minutes late = appointment canceled, deposit forfeited Please arrive on time to avoid fees or forfeiting your slot. ⸻ ⚡ Additional Service Fees • Squeeze-In (Same Day Only): $50 (On closed days: $75) • Early Appointments (Before 9AM): $50 • After-Hours Appointments (After 3PM): $50 🔐 All additional fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance along with your deposit. 🗣️ As a full-time parent, I deeply value your time and ask that you respect mine. Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
All rescheduled appointments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. No exceptions will be made.
